Most items are shipped within 3-5 business days. We ship via USPS or UPS from Portland, Oregon.

Unfortunately, we can't guarantee delivery times. Once the mail carrier is in possession of your package, we are no longer in control of the order. Please refer to your tracking number for any info regarding status of your shipment.

We want you to be happy with our products. Orders excluding digital downloads and clearance items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order. Please reach out via our contact page and let us know the reason for your return.

Please note, to be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original packaging and like new condition. Shipping charges will not be refunded (except in the event of a defective item). We will issue a credit or send out an exchange within 7 business days of receiving your return.

• Colored envelopes are at least 30% PCW Recycled
• Stickers manufactured after April 2024 are made from renewable wood pulp and are compostable
• Products are shipped in plastic-free packaging
• When possible, we reuse packing materials to ship your order
